Dear Valued Customer,

From Wednesday, September 17, 2025, through Monday, September 22, 2025, our bank will be completing a scheduled system upgrade. This upgrade will help us provide you with a better overall banking experience.

During this upgrade time frame, you will have some services briefly unavailable. This packet outlines those service disruptions along with the action items you can take to help make this process as seamless as possible. Please see the specific instructions and dates for receiving and activating your new debit card, logging into your online and mobile banking accounts, and completing any bill payments prior to the upgrade.

We will be setting up a temporary call center opening September 19th, 2025, with extended hours specifically to assist customers experiencing issues with any of the changes to our services. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this upgrade may cause. Why is Durden Bank making this change?

This scheduled system upgrade will create a better experience for customers and employees.

What will change after the system upgrade?

All Debit Cards will be reissued with new numbers; all existing Debit Cards will no longer be active as of the upgrade date. Online and Mobile Banking users will need to reset their passwords after the upgrade date. See back for timeline. Those who receive paper statements can expect a new look and statement cycle. Telephone Banking users will need to create a new PIN.

Will my debit card continue to work?

No. All debit cards will be reissued beginning the last week of August into the first weeks of September. Please look for these in the mail. Existing cards will stop working on the morning of Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Will I be able to use ATMs during the upgrade?

All Durden Banking Company ATM’s will be down intermittently on Thursday, September 18th.

Will I be able to view my e-statement history in Online Banking after the upgrade?

Yes, online statement history will be available in our new Online Banking, but there will be a delay in availability. If you are unable to view your statement history after October 31, please reach out to us

Will my Online or Mobile Banking username and/or password change?

Yes. Your username will remain the same, but you will receive a temporary password for the first time you log in. Your temporary password will be your username and last four of your social security number.

Example: Username: JDOE; SSN: XXX-XX-6789; Temporary Password: JDOE6789

Can I access Online Bill Pay during the upgrade?

You willnot be able to access Online BillPay during the system upgrade beginning Wednesday September 17th through Monday, September 22nd. We highly recommend adjusting any payments that are due duringthis timeframe to ensure a timely payment. All payments scheduled to be paid during that time will be processed on Monday, September 22nd.

Will there be changes to my account statement?

The bank will generate an account statement for all accounts on Thursday, September 18th and mail to customers. If you are currently receiving electronic statements, they will resume after the upgrade. All statements and notices will have an updated appearance after the upgrade.

Will my telephone banking pin change?

Yes, your telephone banking pin will be reset to the last four of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your PIN before accessing any account information. The new PIN cannot match an account owner’s social security number, birth year, the last four digits of an associated phone number, or any repeated number (e.g., 1111 or 9999). Your PIN will be a unique number.

Will I need to download a new mobile banking app?

Yes, Android users will need to download an updated mobile banking app. Apple users will require an update on their existing mobile banking app.

Actions to Take
Prior to September 17th, log in to Online Bill Pay and make sure that all payments are scheduled before September 17th or after September 22nd. Customers will need to reestablish any recurring bill payments set up prior to September 17th
Mobile Deposit
Service Change Details
Mobile deposit functionality will not be available starting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 18th through Monday, September 22nd at 9 a.m.

ATMs
Service Change Details
Functionality of DBC ATMs will be intermittently unavailable Thursday, September 18th.

Cash withdrawals can be made in-branch at any Durden Banking Company location or by using another banks' ATM
Telephone Banking

Telephone Banking will be unavailable from 4:00pm Thursday,September 18th until 9:00am Monday, September 22nd.
Actions to Take
